Raphael graduated in Hotel management and started his career shortly after at the Front Desk. After gaining the essential skills he expanded his knowledge in the Event Department within a leading hotel chain in Brussels for 3 years. Enough to get a taste for sales and negotiation. The hunger for more lead Raphael to a Sales Manager position for a 305 bedroom and 12 meeting spaces large hotel. So far for his 10 years’ experience in the classic lodgement industry. In order to obtain more insight in this so variable branch Raphael worked for an international cruise line as Front Office Manager for almost 2 years. This in order to develop a higher standard by working on a day to day base with a communicative and service related mind. Assets that will come in handy as Relationship Manager for Trinity.
