Trinity Purchasing was purchased by Avendra, an affiliate of Aramark in 2019 and became a part of the Avendra Group when it was launched in 2020. Avendra Group harnesses the resources and relationships of the leading names in procurement, including Trinity Purchasing, to bring the strongest experts in supply chain and procurement services together with customers and suppliers.
